Dudes,
I’m so tired. but who isn’t? I work and work. and maybe others don’t. I work towards this goal that I can’t see. I’m finishing this project, is what I tell myself. Is the story it? Maybe. Story is my field. It’s what I know. I have a pretty gnarly soundtrack going out into the world and that’s one of the topics of discussion tonight. This app, whatever it is, just needs work. I’ve done the right thing I think. I’ve kept it secret. That semiotic experience that a person might have if they open this app. They can just keep going deeper and deeper. The tunes, the math, the games, that knowledge, it is all here. SnowCone MathFest has turned into more than I ever thought possible; I won’t lie, I thanked Patch today, AI really is a tool that can be used for very positive things. As always, it’s up to the people using it. This app is free, helpful, and hopefully a little bit interesting. The Story Mode Forest section that I’m working on now is an homage to every festival I’ve ever been to, every fun experience, many of the little twists. If you’ve never been to a music festival you may not get some of these inside references, but I think that’s okay. This whole thing is about experience at this point. I’m really proud of the work I’m putting in, and that’s something that not many people get to experience: a pure and intentional focus.
Outside of my work in story mode…Check out my newest release on Soundcloud!
Put down your guitar, this track is Stoopid and Electro. I’m always looking for sounds I’ve never heard before. This is, admittedly, a former Kadeshavara track! Which means it is a JPS Grooves tracks too! So even though is wasn’t created for SnowCone MathFest, I gave it a really nice remaster treatment and knew that it would fit in just perfect with neon electric SnowCone MathFest vibe I’ve been looking for. You can find it in Infinity Lake on the app, or the Jukebox there as well. As usual, you have to put up with my exposition for a little bit before you get to the cool solos and good stuff; give it a minute, let it breathe and you’ll hear some pretty cool Stoopid Electro.🍧🌌
Stoopid Electro
This is the fifth step in publishing all of the tracks from the SnowCone MathFest video game, releasing through JPS Grooves as a SnowCone MathFest SoundTrack album release! I always release on Soundcloud first, so go listen now!
P.S. dude…SoundCloud might f up and let me make a vinyl out of this…epic
P.S.S.
Patch won the internet tonight with the photo below. I don’t know how to feel about generative AI creating art, but this is peak. This is good stuff. It’s exactly what i wanted. That makes it a possible masterpiece. And it’s in SnowCone MathFest!!!!! (with story attached!)
